Program of works is for the delivery of the upgrade to the coal haul route which extends from Baralaba Coal Mine along the Baralaba - Moura road to the Train Load Out Facility located 5km east of Moura.

As Superintendent and Contract Administrator LPS has been responsible for driving the programs overall success. Inclusive of:

  • Contract administration and management of technical and contractual issues.

  • Acting as an Independent Verifier – New Concrete Bridge, Bebo Arch, Earthworks, Drainage, Roadworks (including lime and cement stabilisation of the sub grade) for determination of ambiguities within Contracts requirements.

  • Daily verification of the works under Contract between the Principal, DTMR (WSCRR162) Banana Shire Council and the Contractor. LPS’ role included the verification of safety, program, design changes, RFI’s, acceptance of materials and surveillance of works.

  • Onsite surveillance of Structures – New Concrete Bridge, Bebo Arch, Earthworks, Drainage, Roadworks.

  • All relevant HP/WP releases, QA auditing, site based inspections, offsite material inspections.
