Project Overview

Lonergan Project Services were engaged to assist Council with their submission development and lodgement of works packages to QRA. LPS provided procurement, project management, contract administration services and surveillance services for all works. Civil works supervision, engineering services and Quality assurance was also provided on priority roads that were to be delivered under wet hire arrangements. Restoration works undertaken included pavement reconstruction and sealing, formation grading, replacement of drainage structures and road furniture.

  • Preparation of monthly progress report to QRA

  • Monthly forecasting and reforecasting 

  • Preparation lodgement and acquittal of all QRA submissions 

  • Betterment, Emergency Works and CDO applications and acquittals 

  • Preparation of procurement documents and specifications and tender evaluation

  • Contractor and material supply claim assessment and certification

  • Surveillance, Quality Assurance and Risk Management

  • Variation and Project Cost Management

  • Positive Community feedback on works delivery and quality

  • Over 750km reconstructed, with over 500,000t of material placed
